We were thrilled to have been selected to complete the flue works at Bury Lane Farm Shop in Royston, the project was also complete within budget and required target date, as are our previous projects.
Our client was in need of a complete new flue system which we designed, supplied and installed as well as the roof works which included cutting the hole and final weathering.
When our Engineers arrived on site they found the boiler had been moved therefore they hadn't to think on their feet and adjust the flue route to meet actual site conditions, subject to client approval.
The install itself was quick and straight forward after planning the new route and the project was completed within a day.
We selected our MF insulated Twin Wall Flue Pipe range to serve 1No. steam boiler, This product range gives a positive pressure resistance of up to 200pa and a continuous high temperature capability of up to 600°.
For access inside the building we used the scissor lift which we provided as well as the cherry picker for the roof works outside of the building.
Both Flue HQ and the client are pleased with the outcome of this project and are thrilled our Engineers managed to resolve the issues presented in the first instant so the job could get done.
