Flue HQ Limited has successfully completed the design, supply & installation at Daventry Royal Mail Sorting Office.
Our engineers designed, supplied and installed 1no. flue system serving 2no. Hamworthy, Variheat 70kW condensing boilers.
The product selected was our Dinak DWJ twin wall insulated flue system. We designed a twin wall modular header system complete with a 3° fall to allow for condense to drain at designated condense removal points and/or back to the boiler to ensure there was very little chance of pooling.
Once entering the chimney the most efficient way of lining the chimney was with a flexible chimney liner which our engineers dropped with the use of a ZR25 cherry picker.

The client received a 10year conditional warranty on the materials along with a 1year warranty on the workmanship.
