Flue HQ are thrilled to announce that we have been selected for the commercial flue works at Isle Court Care Home in Shrewsbury.
Isle Court, a former country house, is a nursing home supporting elderly residents with nursing, dementia and respite needs. The building itself comprises of 80 bedrooms (most of which have en-suite facilities), Lounges, a cinema room, on site salon, sensory spa and a vintage tea room!
We will be designing, supplying and installing the commercial flue system which will be serving 2No. NPE 32 Water Heaters, for this application we have selected our MF/ME Twin Wall Insulated Flue Pipe.
This product range is constructed from an inner wall of 0.5mm grade AISI 316L Stainless Steel and a 0.5mm grade 304 external wall. The 25mm void is packed with 128kg/m high density rockwool insulation.
Our MF/ME product gives a positive pressure resistance of up to 5000Pa and a continuous high temperature capability of up to 600° at 5000 pascals independently tested to BS476: Part 24 for 4 Hours.
