Flue HQ Limited have recently completed the works at Pillars Brewery in London.
Pillars Brewery is an exclusive craft larger brewery in London. This well loved East London brewery is the head quarters of their larger revolution where they get creative experimenting with new flavours! As well as brewing their larger here they also have a taproom with their exclusive craft lagers on regular rotation, open to the public as well as street food pop-ups!
We were selected to design, supply and install the flue system at this brewery only last week and it was completed over the weekend as the client was after someone who could provide a fast turn around which we were able to do.
Flue HQ also completed minor building works, the client also requested a cover plate which has also been provided by ourselves. A scissor lift was supplied to us by the client for access to the outside of the building to enable us to erect the horizontal flue pipe.
The flue pipe range that we selected to serve 1No Steam Boiler was our MF, Twin Wall Flue Pipe.
This product range is constructed from an inner wall of 0.5mm grade AISI 316L Stainless Steel and a 0.5mm grade 304 external wall. The 25mm void is packed with 128kg/m high density rockwool insulation. The joints are push-fit complete with a tri-lip inner silicone ring for a condensing application.
We are thrilled to say that our client was very please with how fast managed to deliver project completion and all within budget.
