Flue HQ were carefully selected to undertake the job of design, supply & install the flue
system at Eastcote Care home located in Solihull, Birmingham.
Eastcote Park, opening early 2021, is a brand new luxury retirement village and care home situated within 5 acres of ground in Eastcote, near Knowle, Solihull.
This exclusive retirement village will consist of 34 retirement apartments plus a care home providing residential care along with a dedicated community for those living with dementia. Each en-suite room is fully furnished to the very highest standard and finish.
Our twin wall insulated flue systems were installed to serve 3no. Potterton Sirius 150 condensing boilers and 1no. Dachs CHP G5.5.
Flue HQ Limited supplied 2no. roof plates and storm collar for the final weathering of the roof. We supported the system throughout with split clip bands, 10mm rod and 40x40 unistrut. We installed adequate drain points along both systems for condense collection which will be piped up by the plumbers on site.
The product range selected for the boilers was our MF stainless steel prefabricated exhaust system complete with an inner silicone ring for the condensing application. The product is capable of holding up to 5kPa and a continuous high temperature capability of up to 600° at 200Pa.
