Flue HQ Limited have completed the project for Eaton Hydraulics in Warwick, We were selected to design, supply and install 1No commercial flue system for 1No CHB Powermatic NV50 - F1.
The product selected and installed to serve the Powermatic was our Twin Wall Insulated Flue Pipe, this product range is constructed from an inner wall of 0.5mm grade AISI 316L Stainless Steel and a 0.5mm grade 304 external wall. The 25mm void is left open for combustion air to be freely available to the machine. The joints are push-fit complete with a tri-lip inner silicone ring.
We used a cherry picker for the access both inside and outside the building which Flue HQ supplied.
Two of our qualified Engineers attended site to complete the works for Eaton Hydraulics including one of our Project Managers who overlooked the whole operation and made sure everything was running smoothly.
We are pleased to say this project was completed within budget and the required time.
